New Player Clinic- Coming Soon!

New to Softball? No problem! WGSA will be offering New Player Clinics to help beginners build confidence and lean the fundamentals before the season starts. Dates and details will be announced soon-stay tuned!

EVALUATIONS ARE RESCHULED!

Unfortunately, the fields are too wet from this week's rain, so we are going to have to reschedule Evaluations. They will be held March 7th at the same time slots. The evaluations for 8U will remain on March 14th.

EVALUATIONS Information:

We will conduct evaluations on March 7th for 18U, 14U, and 11U (10U), and on March 14th, 2026, for 8U at Walkertown Community Park on Darrow Rd.

Times:

Age divisions are listed below: (Check in at the Concession Stand / Yellow Box once you arrive.)

11U (Ages 9 – 11) March 7th, 10 am to 12 pm

14U (Ages 12-14) March 7th, 12pm to 1:30 pm

18U (Ages 15-18) March 7th, 1:30 to 3:00 pm

8U (Ages 5 – 8) March 14th, 10 am to 3pm

NOTE: If you are unable to attend your scheduled division date and time, please attend the alternative date at 2:00 pm.

On-site registration assistance will also be available on March 7th and March 14th, 2026.

Online registration will close on March 8th, 2026, but in-person registration will be accepted on March 14th, 2026, at the last evaluations event.

During the evaluations on March 7th and March 14th, WGSA will have a free exchange table for parents and players to get new and used donated equipment. If you have new or used equipment you wish to donate, please feel free to bring those items. This table helps players and families reduce costs when purchasing more expensive items.
