Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

2026 Season

WGSA understands that under certain circumstances a player may need to withdraw their registration and would request a refund. WGSA asks that the player requesting to withdraw from the league place their notice prior to attending the first practice to the WGSA player agent so a refund can be granted. All refunds after the first team practice take will be subject to WGSA board approval. No refunds will be allowed after the first team game. Effective January 1, 2020, all refunds will be subjected to a 5.00 handling fee.

2nd Annual Golf Tournament

As this is a fundraiser for our league, we appreciate your participation, but we do understand that sometimes things are out of our control therefore refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
